Area Community Theatre is the largest and oldest organization in Monroe County to offer live theatre performed by talented local residents. An estimated 3,000 patrons enjoy successful ACT productions each year, with over 200 local people involved as cast, crew, and volunteers. For over 30 years, ACT has been entertaining theatre patrons from around the area. With the recent purchase of its new 20,000 square feet facility at 907 Kilbourn Avenue (right next door to the Tomah Chamber of Commerce / Convention & Visitors Bureau office), ACT plans to expand its cultural arts offerings to even more patrons in the future.
