IDEAL FOR YOUR PLANNED INDUSTRIAL EXPANSION

Location is everything, just ask any successful business. The City of Tomah is centrally located in West-Central Wisconsin at the junction of Interstate 90 and Interstate 94, or as we like to say "where the I divides." Halfway between Minneapolis/St. Paul and Chicago/Milwaukee metro areas, Tomah is the city of choice for many businesses.

In addition to the interstate system, U.S. Highways 12 & 16, along with Wisconsin State Highways 21, 131 and 173 converge in Tomah. Two separate railroads also service Tomah.

Currently there are 40+ acres of industrial property ready for development, complete with public utilities and good transportation avenues. In addition, there are more than 175 acres of privately held land available for development.

With skilled, available labor, the Tomah area stands poised to enable businesses to expand and new businesses to grow and prosper.
